Master’s Degree (1992) and Doctor’s Degree (1997) in civil procedural law from Universidade de São Paulo (University of São Paulo Law College);
Assistant Professor in 2004, and ranked Full Professor for undergraduate and graduate students at Universidade de São Paulo (University of São Paulo Law College) in 2008;
Attorney-at-law in the areas of consultancy and litigation (judicial and arbitration) for civil procedural law, civil law, family and succession law, commercial and corporate law, business, and administrative law;
Judge at the Superior Electoral Court, from 2006 to 2012;
Was awarded the Electoral Merit Collar of the state of São Paulo, on March 21, 2011 for performing services in favor of the democratic experience, and of the state electoral process at the Regional Electoral Court of São Paulo;
Counselor at AASP (Lawyers Association of São Paulo), from 1999 to 2007;
